DECLARATION

(Under Sec, 19 of the Ordinance)

In exercise of the powers vested in him by Seation 18 of the Quarantine nd Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1986, the Governor has declared that Tupah (North Taiwan) is a place where an infectious or contagious disease, woely, smallpox, prevails.
