ORDER OF EXEMPTION.

(Order by the Governor unler section 13)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 (2) (h) of the Trade Juions and Trade Disputes Ordinance, 1948, His Excellency the Governor in Council has made the following order-

ORDER.

It is hereby declared that in connection with the appointment of officers of the Shanghai and Ningpo Sea Navigation Workers Union (Shung-Yee), exemption be granted from the provisions of section 18 of the Trade Unions and Trade Disputes Ordinance, 1948, in respect of Mr. YEUNG Seul Bin ( 1 Eni and Blc. PUI Hinn Fi ( E ).
