THE PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE, 1937. Regulations by the Governor in Council.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1937, the Governor in Council makes the following, amendments to the regulations contained in the First Schedule to the said Ordinance.
1. The regulations beaded "Certificates regulations are substituted therefor –

1. The certificate granted to an applicant who has passed the Chemist and Denggiat Qualifying Examination shall be as follows
GOVERNMENT OF HONG KONG.
This is to certify that the Board of Examiners appointed under the provisions of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance of
having examined
are satisfied that he/she bus
sufficient skill and knowledge to be registered as a Chemist & Druggist under the Ordinance.

The certificate shall be sent to the Registrar who shall sign it and forward it to the successful applicant."

2. The regulations headed 'Appointment of Examiners are rescinded and the following substituted therefor:-
"APPOINTMENT OF EXAMINERS.
(4.3(1)())
1. There shall be a Roard of Examiners whose constitution, powers and duties shall be as prescribed by these Regulations.
2. The Board shall consist of a Government Medical Officer, the Professor of Chemistry in the Duiversity of Hong Kong, the Governmnet Chemist, the Government Chief Pharmacist, one non-Government Pharmacist.
