THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE, 1899.
Regulations by the Governor in Council.
In exercise of the power conferred by section 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council amenda Table C in the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published in Volume 1 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) at pages 269 to 294, os follows:-
AMENDMENTS.
On pages 277 and 278 of the said Volume 1, regulation 7 as amended by Government Notification No. 887 published in the Gazette of 28th October, 1938, and by Government Notification No. 939 published in the Gazette of 9th December, 1988, and by Government Notification No. 660 published in the Gazette of 6th December, 1946, la rescinded and the following naw regulation and heading substituted therefor:
