In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) (4) of section 2 of the Public Health (Sanitary Provisions) Regulations, 1948, the Colonial Secretary bas, by writing under his hand, declared that the area described in the attached schedule is subject to Regulation 2 of the said Regulations.
