An Ordinance to control the population of the Colony by providing for the expulsion of undesirables therefrom as occasion may require.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Expulsion of Short title.
