An Ordinance to amand and consolidate the law relating to exhibitions, publications and advertisements of an indecent, obscene, revolting or offensive natura,

[20th May, 1949.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Indecent Exhibitions short title. and Obscene Publications Consolidation Ordinance, 1949.

1. The Indecent Exhibitions Ordinance, 1918, is hereby Amendment atuended by

for the word ** magistrate 3. The Obscene Publications Ordinance, 1914, is hereby Repeal of repealed.
