An Ordinance to repeal the Supreme Court (Emergency}

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court Short title. (Emergency) (Repeal) Ordinance, 1949.

2. The Supreme Court (Emergency) Ordinance, 1946, is Repeat of hereby repealed.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 6th day of July, 1949.
