An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1932.

[1st April, 1949.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offencas Shart tide. Amendment Ordinance, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1982, hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance principal Ordinance.

2 Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment addition of the following paragraph after paragraph (5);
