An Ordinance to amend the Gambling Ordinance, 1891.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Gambling Amendment short tide, Ordinance, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Gambling Ordinance Ordinance, 1891, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinanco, No. a of

2. The principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the Addition of
section 9A addition of the following section, after section 9, as section DA —
to the DA. (1) A lottery promoted as an incilent of an bedinance,
