4. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended Amendment as follows

(1) sub-section (1) thereof is repealed and replaced by-Ordinance.

(1) The Director may inspect personally or cause to be inspected by an inspector or sub-inspector as often as the Director may deem necessary every registered school for the purpose of ascertaining if the regulations made under the provisions of section 10 are being complied with and if such school is being properly and efficiently carried on and if such school is necessary for educational purposes.

(2) Sub-section (2) thereof is repealed and replaced by- (2) The Director his representative duly of exempted appointed in writing may inspect as often as the Director may deem necessary every exempted school for the purpose of ascertaining whether the regulationa made under the provisions of section 10(a), (b), (c) and (f) are being complied with and whether, having regard to the general nature and conduct of the school, it is such that it may properly continue to be exempt from supervision.'
