An Ordinance to Vauthorise the Accountant-General to issuS duplicate bonds in lieu of bouds issued under the Public Works Loan Redemption Ordinance, 1933, and the Hong Kong Dollar Loan Ordinance, 1934, which have sincs bean lost or destroyed.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Issue of Duplicate short dide. Bonda Ordinance, 1948.
