An Ordinance to amand the Separation and Maintenance Orders
Ordinance, 1935.
[13th August, 1948.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Separation and sborr útle. Maintenance Orders (Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Separation and Maintenance Orders Ordinance, Ordinance 1935, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance.

No. 49 of Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended- Amendment

1935-
of section 5
(a) by the substitution of the words "two hundred and the fifty
for the word fifty in the third line of paragraph (c) principal thereof; and

(b) by the substitution of the word thirty for the word ter in the third line of paragraph (d) thereof.
