An Ordinance to amend the Land Registration Ordinance, 1844.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Registration short title. (Fees Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Land Registration Ordinance, 1844, hereinafter referred Ordinance to as the principal Ordinance.

No. 1 of 1844.

2. The Table of Fees in the Second Schedule to the principal Repeal and Ordinance shall be repealed and replaced by the following-
