An Ordinance to make provision for the preparation and publication
of a revised edition of the law of the Colpay.

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Revised Edition of Short site. the Laws Ordinance, 1948.

In this Ordinance....
** Commissionera " means the persons appointed under
section 3;

Military Proclamation means a proclamation of the British Military Administration and any order, rules or regulations made thereunder;
"' revised edition of Ordinances mesos the revised edition of the Ordinances of the Colony in force on the 31st day of December, 1948, to be prepared under the authority of this Ordinance;

TE revised edition of subsidiary legislation means the revised edition of proclamations, rules, regulations, by-laws and other forms of aubsidiary legislation of the Colony in force on the 31st day of December, 1948, to be prepared under the authority of this Ordinance.
