BY His Excellency Sir ALEXANDER WILLIAM GRONGE HEADEU GHANTIAM, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and * int George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong *. ong and its Dependencies and Vice Admiral of the same.

WHEREAS by the fourteenth section of the Trade Marks Register (Re-construction) Ordinance, 1947 (Ordinance No. 38 of 1947), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into force on such day as the Governor shall notify by Proclamation in the Gazette.

NOW THEREFORE I, the suid Sir ALEXANDER William Geores HERDER GRANTHAM, do hereby TROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall
