An Ordinance to amend the Banking Ordinauco, 1948.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking (Amend- Short title. mant) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Banking Ordinance Ordinance, 1948, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance. No, a of
