Au Ordinance to amend the Estate Duty Ordinance, 1982.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Estate Tuty (Amend- Short ütle. ment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Estate Ordinance Duty Ordinance, 1932, hereinafter referred to as the principal No. 3 Ordinance.
