BY His Excellency Sir ALEXANDER WILLIAM GRONDE HERDER GHANTIAM, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and lut George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong 3. ong and its Dependencies and Vicê-&dmiral of the same.

WHEREAS by the fourteenth section of the Trade Murks Register (Re-construction) Ordinance, 1947 (Ordinance No. 1 of 1947), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into force on such day as the Governor shall notify by Proclamation in the Gazette.

NOW THEREFORE I, the wid Sir ALEXANDER William GenRGE ÉRDER GRANTHAM, do hereby PROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall some into force on the Ninth day of February, 1948.
