An Ordinance to amend the Forestry Ordinance, 1937.

Be it enacted by the Lovernor of Hong Kong, with the advica and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I

1.

This Ordinance may he cited as the Forestry (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Forestry Ordinance, 1937, hereinafter referred to as the principal No. It of Ordinance.

2. Sub-section (3) of section 2 of the principal Ordinance Amendment is hereby repealed and replaced as follows:-
