3. Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the deletion of the word "European" occurring in the fifth line thereof.

4. Sub-section (4) of section 16 of the principal Ordin- ance is hereby amended by the deletion of the word "European" occurring in the sixth line thereof.
