3.-(1) This Ordinance shall come into force by Commed.co Proclamation of the Governor.

(2) Subject to the provisions of this section this Ordinance shall continue in force for the period of one year beginning with the date this Ordinance comes into force and shall then expire.

Provided that at any time while this Ordinance is in foren it is resolved by the Legislative Council that this Ordinance shall continue in force for a further period of one year from the time it would otherwise espire this Ordinance shall con- tinue in force for that further period.
