(w) prescribe the mode of appointing an arbitrator or arbitrators and the procedure to be followed in proceedings before the Registrar or such arbitrator or arbitrators;
(*) prescribe the procedure to be followed by a liquidator appointed under section 41 and the cases in which appeals shall lie from the orders of such liquidator;
(y) prescribe the forms to be used, the fees to be paid, and the procedure to be observed and all other matters connected with or incidental to the presentation, bearing and disposal of appeals under this Ordinance or the rules.
(8) The rules specified in the Schedule to this Ordinance shall constitute rules made under sub-section (1) except in so far as they may be from time to time revoked or amended by further rules made by the Governor in Council under such sub-section.
PART XI.
MISCELLANEOUS.
52. (1) All suma due from a registered society or from an officer or member or past member of a registered society as such to the Government may be recovered in the manner provided for the recovery of debts due to the Government under the law for the time being in force.
(2) Sums due from a registered society to the Government and recoverable under sub-section (1) may be recovered first, from the property of the society; secondly, in the case of a society of which the liability of members is limited, from members subject to the limit of their liability; and thirdly, in the case of other societies, from the members.

54. 55. (1) The Governor by notification in the Gazette from stamp may, in the case of any registered society or class of regis- duty and tered societies, remit-

(a) the stamp duty with which, under any law for the time being in force, instruments executed by or in behalf of a registered society, or by an officer or member, and relating to the business of such society, or any class of such instruments are respectively chargeable; or
(b) any
fee payable under the law of registra- tion for the time being in force,

(2) A notification exempting any registered society from the fees referred to in paragraph" (b) of sub-section (1) may provide for the withdrawal of such exemption.
56. (1) No person other than a registered society shall Fachbition trade or carry on business under any name or title of which of the was the word "co-operative" is part without the sanction of the word "o Governor:
Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to the use by any person or his successor in interest of any name or title under which he traded or carried on business at the commencement of this Ordinance.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine not exceeding twenty dollars for each day during which the offence continues.

57. The provisions of the Companies Ordinance, 1932, Certain and of any law relating to Trade Unions, shall not apply to societies registered under this Ordinance.

88. (1) (a) Any registered society or an officer or a Penalty for member thereof, wilfully neglecting or refusing to do any act or to furnish any information required for the purposes with of this Ordinance by the Registrar or other persons "duly Ordinanca authorised by him in this behalf; or
(b) any person wilfully or without any reason- able excuse disobeying any summons, requisition or lawful written order issued under the provisions of this Ordinance, or failing to furnish any information lawfully required from him by a person authorised to do so under the provisions of this Ordinance, shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance.
(3) Every offence referred to in sub-section (1) shall be punishable with a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
59. This Ordinance shall come into operation on such Commance. date as the Governor shall notify by proclamation.
