An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council (Transitional

Provisions) Ordinance, 1946.

Br it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as followe:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Transitional Provisions) Amendment Ordinance, 1947.

2. In this Ordinance-

Principal Ordinance means the Urban Council (Transitional Provisions) Ordinance, 1946.

3. Sub-section 2 of section 4 of the principal Ordinance

is hereby repealed.
