An Ordinance to amend the Arms and Apnuunition
Ordinance, 1933.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:--
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Arms and Ammunition Amendment Ordinance, 1947.
(1) In this Ordinance "principal Ordinance" means the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1938, sa amended by the Arms and Ammunition Amendment Ordinance, 1946.
(2) The principal Ordinance as amended by this Ordinance may be cited together as the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance, 1983-1947.

3. Section of the principal Ordinance is hereby Amandment amended by substituting in sub-section (6) thereof the figures **1899'' for the figures 1880".

4. The following amendments are hereby made to sention 29A of the principal Ordinance :
(a) the words "a firearm or'' are substituted for the word "an" in line two of sub-section (1) and for the worl "any in line three of sub-section (2);
(b) the following is substituted for the last three
lines of sub-section (5) :-
