An Ordinance to amand the Foreign Marriage Ordinance,

1903,

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council theroot, as

follows:---

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Foreign short title. Marriage (Amendment) Ordinance, 1947, and shall be read

as one with the Formigo Marriage Ordinance, 1908, (herein- Ordigang

after referred to as the principal Ordinance).

No. 6 of 1908.

2. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance shall be amend-

ed by the substitution of the word "thirty" for the word

ten" in the last line theroof.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 27th

day of March, 1947.
