Resolved that notwithstanding the provisions of the Pensions Ordinance, 1982, and the payment of any pension thereunder in respect of the death caused by injury sustained in the discharge of their duty in the service of this Colony of the persons named in the First Colonia of the Schedule hereto, the payment of a gratuity to the dependant persons named in the Second Column of the Schedule bereto of the respective amount set out in the Third Column of the Schedule hereto be approved.
