ADDENDUM

(1) The Attorney General to move the following resolution 1-

Resolved pursuant to section 3 of the Public Officers

16/15/12/46 R03 (Changon at Style) Ordinance, 1937 that, as from

of

1st April, 1948, wherever in any ordinance, Ordor of the Governor-in-Council, appointment, mile, regulation, minute, by-law, deed, contract, official letter or other document the term "Principal Assistant Colonial Secretary" or "Agaistant Financial Secretary" occurs, and it is necessary to give effect thereto, such document shall be read and construed as if the term "Deputy Colonial Secretary" were substitutod for the term "Principal Assistant Colonial Secratary" and as if the term "Daputy Financial Secretary" were substituted for the term Assistant Financial Secretaryl and that the following addition be made to the Schedule to the Public Officers (Changes of Style) Ordinance, 1937

NEW STYLE OF OFFICER, OFFICE OR DEPARTMENT.

The resolution above will be moved as item (1) in the Order

of Business. The accssive items in the Order of Business

will therefore be renumbered (2) and (3).
