(2) The Financial Secretary to move that the Sopplementary Provision for the third quarter ended 31st December, 1947, Schedule No. 3 of 1947/48, be approved.

That the Roast (or Cooked) Meat Shops By-laws made by the Urban Council under section 5 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1985, Ordinance No. 18 of 1985, on 6th January, 1948, be approved.

A Bill intituled "An Ordinance to provide that land employed by the occupying power in extension of the Kai Tok Airfeld shall be deemed to have reverted to the Crown with effect from the 1st September, 1945, and to provide for the payment of compensation in respect al such reversion.'

(5) The Attorney General to move that the Bill intituled "An Ordinance to provide for the regulation and licensing of the business of banking" as published in the Gazette of 23rd January, 1948, be substituted for the Bill an read a Second time and to move the Committee stage and the Third reading of the said Bil.
