The Attorney General to nove—–
That the amendment made by the Urban Council under section 4 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1936, Ordinance No. 15 of 1935, on 15th October, 1948, to the by-laws miler the heading Dangerous and Offensive Trades contained in Schedule A to the said Ordinance, he approved.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of -
A Bill intituled "An Ordinance for the Establishment and Administration
of a Ilong Kong War Services Assistance Fund''.
A Bill intitled "An Ordinance to clarify the position in regard to requísi- tion and acquisition of property under Emergency Powers, and to make provision for the payment of compensation in accordance with the Compensation (Defence) Regulations, 1940 for such requisitions and acquisitions as are deerned to have been made on behalf of the Governor.
The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-
A Bill intituled “An Ordinance to amend the Hawkers Ordinaco, 1985".
A Bill intituled "An Ordinance to give permanent effect to amendments made to various Ordinances by certain Defence Regulations and to nake provision for the continuance in force of certain Defence Regulations for a limited period".
