That this Council wishes to record its sense of deep regret at the air disaster which occurred on the 25th September, 1946, resulting in the loss of the lives of all the crew and passengers and, in the name of the Colony, wishes to extend an expression of its profound sympathy to the relatives of all those who lost their lives.
