As Ordinance to amend the Currency Ordinance No. 64 of 1935.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Currency Shock Title. Amendment Ordinance, 1948,

2. The Currency Ordinance, 1935, shall be amended by Amandoent (a) the substitution of "Financial Secretary" for "rare".

"Treasurer" whenever the latter appears in the said Ordinance;

(b) the substitution of "Financial Secretary" for "Colonial Treasurer" in the Schedule to the said Ordinance.
