An Ordinance to repeal the Peak District (Residence)

Ordinance, 1918.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as

follows :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Peak District Short Tille,

(Besidence) Repeal Ordinance, 1946.

2. The Peak District (Residence) Ordinance 1918 is Repeal of

hereby repealed.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, this 25th

day of July, 1948.
