An Ordinance to amend temporarily the Vehicles and Traffic

Regulation Ordinance, 1912.

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Vehicles and Whert title. Traffic Regulation (Amendment) Ordinance, 1946.

2. Paragraph (h) of Section 2 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, is amended by the deletion of the words "or tricycle not propelled by mechanical power".

3. This Ordinance shall cease to have effect au from sach day (not earlier than the 31st December, 1946) as the Governor by order published in the Gazette shall specify.
