Ad Ordinance to amend the Currency Ordinance No. 64 of 1935.

[16th August, 1946.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Currency Short Title. Amendment Ordinance, 1948,

of style al title or

2. The Currency Ordinance, 1935, shall be amended by Amendment (a) the substitution of "Financial Secretary for "rassurer".

"Treasurer" whenever the latter appears in the said Ordinance;

(b) the substitution of Financial Secretary" for "Colonial Treasurer" in the Schedule to the said Ordinance.

Passed the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, thie 15th day of August, 1946.
