For Regulation 124 paragraphs (2) and (3) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs:-
"(2) The Manager or Acting Manager of the Bank for the time being duly appointed by the Bank in London and in Shanghai respectively and in any other place where such establishment as aforesaid is situate shall have power to affix the Seal authorised to be used at such establishment to any deed or other document to which the Bank is party," "(3) The authority of auch Manager or Acting Manager shall as between the Bank and any person dealing with such Manager or Acting Manager continue until notice of the revocation or determination of the authority of the Manager or Acting Manager has been given to the person dealing with him."
21. Regulation 147 shall be amended as follows:-
*(1) In paragraph (1) there shall be substituted for the words at least two
auditors' the words 'an auditor or auditors'.
(2) In paragraph (2) there shall be aubstituted for the word 'auditora' where
it appears secondly the words 'an auditor or auditors","

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Armed Forces Short bleku, (Legal Aid) Ordinanco, 1946.

2. During the continuance in force of the Supreme goalied Court (Emergency) Ordinance, 1946, any member of the Service Armed Forces of His Majesty who is entitled to practise as authorised a barrister, solicitor or advocate in England, Scotland, a ne ba Northern Ireland or in some other part of His Majesty's in defence Dominions may appear and act as an advocate for the defence of other of a member of ile Armed Forces of His Majesty in any Personal criminal proceedings before a Magistrate or before the Supreme Court.

In any proceedings before a Magistrate in which a efending member of the Armed Forces of His Majesty is accused of Officer having committed an offence such member may with the consort of the Magistrate he defended by an officer of the Armed Forces of His Majesty in which case such officer shall for the purpose of the proceedings before the Magistrate lave the same right of audience as would be accorded to counsel
as interpreted by the Magistrates Ordinance, 1932. Nothing ord No. 41 herein contained shall confer on such officer any right of of audience under sub-section (1) of Section 1180 of the s. 1 of Ber Magistrates Ordinance, 1982.
