The following sub-section shall be inserted as sub-section I of section 26 of the Evidence Ordinance, 1889, (1) In this section the expressione Hong Kong Government Gurette" and "such Gazette" include the Hong Kong (British Military Administration) Gazette within the meaning of Proclamation No. 9, Gazette, of the British Military Administration.
