up any Corps equipment issued to him, he shall pay to the Director of Air Raid Precautions on demand such sum in respect of the value thereof as may be demanded and failing such payment the value thereof shall be recoverable from hizo summarily before a Magistrate by the Director of Air Raid Precautions or his representative.

4. Sub-section (3) of Section 18 of the Hong Kong Corps Additional of Air Raid Wardens Ordinance is amended by the addition grapha

(/) and (g) of the following two paragraphs at the end thereof :-

(f) inefficiency;

(g) conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Corps.
