An Ordinance to amend the Immigration and Passports

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration and Short title, Passports Amendment Ordinance, 1940.
2. Sub-section (3) of Section 11 of the Immigration and Amendment Passports Ordinance, 1934, is amended by the addition, of Ordinance after the words **shall be paid
No. 8 of at the end thereof, of the 1934,
& 11 (3),
words-
**unless reciprocal arrangements exist with the country of which the holder is a national for dispensing with fees for permits of the same or similar effect”.
