An Ordinance to amend the Waterworks Ordinance, 1938.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Waterworks Stort title. Amendment Ordinance, 1940.

2. Paragraph (a) of section 5 of the Waterworks Amendment Ordinance, 1938, is amended by the repeal of the words of Ordio-
