of the Secretary of State for the Colonies do hereby PROCLAIM and FIX the Eighth day of October, 1937, as the date from which the coins, particulars of which are set forth in the Schedule hereto, shall, provided that they have not been dealt with in any manner prohibited by law, be legal tender for an amount not exceeding two dollars.
