Governor

Whereas it is expedient that certain additional places should be appointed where

a magistrate may sit to hear and try complaints and informalions :

And whereas it is convenient (without prejudice to any previous proclamation or notification) that all the places where a magistrate may sit to hear and try complaints and informations should be included in this proclamation :

Now therefore I Sir Chor CLEMENTI Kuight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby appoint the following several places as places where a magistrate may sit to hour nail

y complaints and informations:

1. The Magistracy, Victoris.

2. The Magistracy, Kowloon.

3. The Magistracy, Taipo.

4. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Ping Shan in the Northern Dis-

trict of the New Territories.

5. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Au Tau in the Northern District

of the New Territories.

6. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Sheung Shui in the Northern

District of the New Territories.

7. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Lok Ma Chan in the Northern

District of the New Territories.

8. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Castle Peak in the Northern

District of the New Territorios.

9. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Sha Tau Kok in the Northern

District of the New Territories.

10. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Sai Kung in the Northern District

of the New Territories.

11. The Office of the District Officer for the Southern District of the New Terri- tories, in the building known as "The Government Offices", situste in Pedder Street, Victoria, over the General Post Office.

12. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Taun Wan in the Southern Dis-

trict of the New Territories.

13. The Charge Room at the Police Station at Tai 0, Lantau, in the Southern

District of the New Territories.
