JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1921.
By His Excellency Sir REGINALD Epward Stunus, Kuight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice Admiral of the same:
Whereas it is provided by section 6 of the Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordinance 1921 that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocul provisions have been unule by the legislature of any part of Flis Majesty's dominions outside the United Kingdom for the enforcement within that part of Elis Majesty's dominions of judgments obtained in the Supreme Court the Glovertor may by onder in council declare that tho said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtâiudd in a superior court in that part of His Majesty's dominions in the like manner as it extends to" julguents obtainers in superior cur in the United Kingdom and that on any such orfler being made the said Ordinance shall apply accordingly :
And whereas I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisions have been made by the legislature of Bermuda :
Now therefore I, Sir REGINALD Boward Stemos, Knight Commander of the Mout Distinguished Order of Saint Michel and Saint George, Governor und Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same do hereby by this order in council" du declare that the said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in Bermuda.
