of the Coldy of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same being of opinion that the necessity of His Majesty's forces in the Colony being subject to the said Act continues do hereby declare that by reason of the imminence of active service it is necessary for the public service that is Majesty's forces in this Colony be subject. to the said Act for the further period of three months from and after the 3rd day of May 1918.
