subject to the said Act continues do hereby declare that by reason of the imminence of active service it is necessary for the public service that His Majesty's forces in this Colony be subject to the said Act for the farther period of three months from and after the 3rd day of February 1917.
Cliven under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony at Victoria Hongkong this 2nd day of February 1917.
