New Zealand.
Pacific Ocean, all islands in the Pacific not otherwise
specified herein provided that the length of the
voyage exceeda 4,500 miles.
Persian Gulf, purta in countries bordering on.
Reunion.
Sandwich Islands.
Seychelles.
West Indies.
