And Whereas the said period of three months will expire on the 3rd day of August 1915 Now therefore 1 Sir Fuascis Hɛsur Mar Knight Commander of the Most Distiu- guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George tovernor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice Admiral of the same being of opinion that the necessity of His Majesty's forces in the Colony being subject to the said Act continues do hereby declare that by mason of the imminence of active service it is necessary for the public service that His Majesty's forces in this Colony be subject to the said Act for the further period of three months from and after the 3rd day of August 1914.

Liven under my hand and the Publie Seal of the Colony at Victoria Hongkong this 30th day of July 1915.
