Now therefore 1 Sir FRANCIS HENRY Mar Knight Commander of the Most Dis- tinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George Ciovernor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice Admiral of the same do hereby proclaim the said amendments of the said rules in this Colony.
