I, FRANCIS HENRY MAY, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Mielmel sod Suint George, Officer Administering the Government and Commander in Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies und Vice-Admiral of the same, do hereby signify my consent to the proposal increase of the Cuptital of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation from ten millions of dollars to fifteen millions of dollars subject to the provi- sions of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ordinance 1967.
