By His Excellency FRANCES HENDY May, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michel and Paint George, the Officer Administering the Government of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, mud. Vice Admiral of the same.
Whereas by Sertinu 7 of Ordinance No. 4 of 1904, enfitkel The Hill District Reservation Ordinance. 1909." it is unmete as follows
This Ordinance shall not come into operation unless wid until the Governor notifies by Proclamation, that it is His Majesty's pleisure not to disallow the same and thereafter in shall come into operation upon such day as the Governor shall notify by the same or any order Proclamuntion,
Now, therefore, I, the said Frascia Hesny May, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, the Officer Administering the Government, and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice Admiral of the same, lo by virtue of the authority in me vested. hereby, under ny hand and the Public Seal of the Colony, proclaim that it is His Majesty's pleasure, signified through the Secretary of State for the Colonies, not to disallow the said Chillance, and I do further proclaim that the Ordinance shall come into operation on and Iran the 15th bey of July, 1904.
